The relief in the region is diverse – there are lowlands, hilly plains, river valleys and heights of the fore-Balkan Mountains, parts of the central Balkans. The Yantra is the largest and high water river in the region. Some other big rivers are Yantra`s tributaries – the Rositza and Dryanovo Rivers. Well-developed is the stockbreeding sector. The reserves of Haydushki Chukar (“Haidouk Crags”) and Byalata Krava (“White Cow”) are located in the Balkan Mountains of Elena. There are 140 cultural monuments of national significance within the area of Veliko Tarnovo Region. Here are some of the most visited cultural and historic sites which make tourism a significant part of the region’s economics. The cultural history of the area dates back to the prehistoric age. Vestiges of the late Paleolithic Age (the 4th millennium BC) have been found. The newly built -up house is located in a well-maintained village in the near vicinity of the town of Veliko Tarnovo. It has 140 sq.m built up area and comprises a big lliving-room with a cozy fireplace, kitchen and a bathroom/ WC on the first floor. A spiral wooden staircase leads to the second floor where are situated 3 bedrooms and a bathroom/ WC-fully fitted and furnished with terracotta, sink and WC toilet. A big and nice verandah offers incredible landscape to the large terraced yard with ryegrass.
The house has been constructed into a high standard comprising two-camera wooden windows, roof insulation, the exposed beams on the ceilings stylishly match the color of the interior and the inner wooden doors. In addition to that the house has a central heating system.
The property has a nice terraced garden of 1800 sq.m, a patio arranged tastefully with shrubs, tree plants and flowers.Attached to the main house there is a BBQ area paneled with stone tiling. The entire estate is surrounded with a high stony fence.
The village has all facilities like shops, school, Post office and the city of Veliko Tarnovo is a 15min drive away.
