All services, which our Company provides to its clients are related to the respective fees and commissions. To get the attention of you, "DnD Properties" makes a number of discounts and promotions, related to the size of these fees and commissions

Agency commission – it is owed for each purchase of a real estate, accomplished through our agency, and is paid right after the signing of the Errand Agreement for the purchase of a property between the buyer and the agent and at the payment of the relevant deposit – the fee is 3% of the selling price of the property of minimum 500E. The commission is included in the price of the properties listed.
Company set up fee – it is paid for consultations and the cooperation of our lawyers for the registration of a Company in Bulgaria, which is one of the compulsory conditions for purchase of land in our country, according to the Bulgarian legislature – the fee is 250 EUR and it is obligatory to deposit a definite share capital to the account of the newly set up Company, which is used afterwards at the final payment of the price of the property which is purchased.
Transportation fee – we offer two options for the organization of your viewing trip. One of them is by using a Company car of ours. In this case the client pays the respective fee of 0.20 Euros per kilometer. If the client buys a property through our agency this fee will not be taken, as the first 200 km passed from our closest office, which has organized the viewing trip, are at the expenses of the Company.
Fee for property search service according to the requirements of the client on the whole territory of the country – the fee is at the amount of 200 EUR + the transport charges to 5 properties in both directions. These properties are selected by the personal agent of the client, according to required by him comprehensive criteria. For this fee, the client receives a comprehensive video film for each one of the properties. It will feature the property from outside, inside, the surrounding area in which it is situated, including impressions of the agent and consultations with a building specialist for eventual reconstruction activities, if there is need of any. All this will be organized in a written report.
Accounting service fee – the fee is 150 EUR, no matter whether the Company is registered by our lawyers or not. The company takes the engagement to serve the newly set up Companies, to pay their taxes and to represent the clients everywhere where it is needed, in front of the respective government institutions in a way which will make the relevant juridical persons correct payers to the country.
Fee for preliminary architectural plans – the fee varies from 150 EUR up to 1500 EUR and its amount depends on the size and area of the building, which the client wants to be projected, and which is consequently fulfilled by our teams of builders, as well as the location and the concrete indices of the land which is owned by the respective client.
Fee for factual projecting on an owned terrain – the fee varies from 500 EUR up to 3500 EUR depending on the area of the building and the location of the owners’ plot, and it includes preliminary architectural plans and sketches, which are adapted or specially created according to indices pointed out by the clients.
Fee for furnishing of a property – the fee amounts to 90 EUR and includes the factual errand of furnishing a property in accordance with its area. The team of designers will prepare an offer, depending on the requirements of the client and the requirements of the respective government institutions which deal with the categorization of properties.
New construction – Our Company offers its OFF PLAN properties WITHOUT A COMMISSION from the buyer.
Property management fee – the amount of this fee is 400 EUR. Property management is a whole package of additional services which our company offers. It is an exclusively useful offer for clients who stay in the country for only a few months during the year and who want to realize a profit from the purchased real estates in Bulgaria.
Other fees – depending on the kind of any real estate there are other expenses. These are preliminary fees /very low/, which are paid separately, a notary fee which amounts to 3% of the selling price of the property, tax for purchase of a property, stamp duty, etc
